An opportunity has come up in our company for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support an experienced team of consultants and account managers in our office in Central Manchester. £17,000 - £20,000 + Commission + Bonus. First year realistic OTE of up to £25,000. Realistic prospects of promotion within 12 months for the right candidate. High Profile City Centre office locations.

Job Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultants - Graduates Wanted:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be:
- Supporting an experienced team of consultants by sourcing candidates for clients job opportunities via a number of methods including headhunting.
- Telephone and Face to Face interviewing and screening of candidates in order to put a shortlist of suitable candidates forward for positions with our clients.
- Attending client meetings alongside colleagues in order to develop account management skills.

- You will need to be well organised with a common sense approach to business yet able to think creatively to find solutions and overcome obstacles.

- Ideally we are looking for a graduate calibre candidate who can demonstrate a hunger to succeed in a sales focused environment. You will need to have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and strong IT skills.
