Head Hunting

We proactively head hunt for all retail vacancies, regardless of level or salary, in order to provide a pool of candidates exclusive to your business. We are proactive, and will identify and target suitable candidates for your retail jobs, all of whom will have the potential to hit the ground running, giving you the edge over your competitors.

Database

We have an in-house talent bank of over 100,000 live candidates, in addition to various other databases to which we have access. Our database is proactively managed and regularly updated, thus it never becomes obsolete or dated.
