Exciting opportunity to join this leading high street retailer. As a Service Desk Analyst, your role will be to provide first line support dealing with business systems and technical infrastructure related issues, call logging and resolution of issues to internal customers.

This role is responsible for the specification, development, testing and implementation of a wide variety of systems developments as defined by the IT strategy and agreed roadmap. You will provide support and assistance to the Head of IT in respect of implementing and testing innovative business projects and involve the design of new reports, documentation of processes and system maps, with the introduction of all new developments which may include internal or external developments.
