Detail 2 Retail employs 35 people based from our offices in Manchester (Head Office) and Central London. Our internal recruitment strategy has always been to recruit senior retail managers who are versed across several retail sectors. As a result we employ several ex Area Managers and General Store Managers from fashion, food, superstore and niche retailers which serves to provide an operational credibility when interacting with both candidates and clients.

Clients take comfort from the fact our consultants have a strong commercial view and can save them time and money by more accurately assessing culture fit and the fact they have been there and done it previously in retail.

There are of course many other people who do a lot of behind the scenes work and contribute to Detail 2 retail providing our clients consistently with top talent. We have a strong support function covering administration, research, finance, resourcing and IT who work alongside our consultants to produce an efficient cohesive unit with the ultimate aim of providing the very best talent to the very best retailers.
